20 Nov 2008: The New Books & Films List has been updated. Have a look at all the new Reference books, fiction, non-fiction, government documents and films that we've added to our collections in the past few weeks!
20 Nov 2008: Do you know about My EBSCOhost? You can set up your own private account when you use the EBSCO databases. You'll have permanent access to your personal space where you can collect articles for future use. Click on "Sign In to My EBSCOhost" to get started. Ask for more info at the Ref Desk in the Library.
12 Nov 2008: Please note that priority is given to those students who wish to do schoolwork on the Library laptops. Thank you!
11 Nov 2008: NEW! Laptops have been installed in five study carrels on the Main Floor of the Library. First come, first served.
10 Nov 2008: For Faculty: The most recent edition of Copibec's Exclusions List has been published. It is available for consultation on our Copyright Information page.
07 Nov 2008: Did you know that you can check out up to 20 items at one time? Have a look at our Services & Policies page, and get informed about your rights and responsibilities as a library user!
06 Nov 2008: The Library is open from Monday to Friday, from 7:30a.m. to 6p.m. Occasionally, there may be special hours, like on Ped Days or Teacher-Student Days. Special hours will be advertised in this News section and on the Hours page.
31 Oct 2008: Did you know that every five years Statistics Canada conducts a census of all Canadians? The most recent Census of Canada took place in 2006. Census data is detailed, varied, reliable and bilingual. Census data is valuable because it gives us a clear picture of Canadian society. Find out more at the Statistics Canada Census site.
